President and Treasurer

Tatyana Podstrelova is an educator, children’s author, and longtime member of The Daniel Tanner Foundation. Her connection to the Foundation goes back many years, giving her a close understanding of its history, values, and the educational vision that inspired its creation.

An educator by profession and the author of a few children’s books, Tatyana believes that education can open doors, encourage curiosity, and create opportunities that last a lifetime. As President and Treasurer, she is dedicated to preserving Daniel Tanner’s legacy while helping the Foundation continue to grow and make a meaningful difference.

Secretary

Inga Podstrelova is an educator with a particular interest in how learning, behavior, and real-life experiences come together to help students of different ages become more confident and independent.

She holds a Master of Science in Education and has completed graduate studies in Board Certified Behavior Analysis at Touro University. As Secretary, Inga brings the perspective of a new generation of educators and a strong interest in programs that give students meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and discover their potential.

Inna Mogilevskaya brings an unusually broad perspective to education. Her work spans education, social welfare, educational administration, and the needs of students, families, and communities.

With an interdisciplinary background in education, social work, law, and psychology, Inna has spent her career looking at education from many different perspectives. She believes meaningful education should respond to the people and communities it serves, and she brings this thoughtful perspective to the Foundation.

Tatjana Khomatov brings a practical and community-centered perspective to The Daniel Tanner Foundation. Her professional experience has given her strong organizational and communication skills and many years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.

As a Board member, Tatjana values educational opportunity and the positive impact that well-chosen programs can have on students, families, and communities. She brings a thoughtful and grounded perspective to the Foundation’s work and a genuine commitment to its mission.
